Pampers swaddlers are by far the best diapers, especially for newborns. They have a line on them that turns blue when they are wet so you can easily keep track of their wet diaper count and make sure that they are getting enough to eat. They also have a spot that is cut out for the umbilical cord, super nice.

You will definitely want a bath with a net in it so you don’t have to be holding tightly on the baby the whole time. Hooded towels are cute but usually aren’t very warm because of their thinness. Johnsons and johnsons baby products for bathtime rock. You will want the body wash (the foaming kind is nifty) and shampoo. For after the bath the cocoa butter baby lotion is fantasic, and for bedtime massages I highly recommend johnsons bedtime touch massage gel. It is calming and great for moms too!

Hope this is helpful!

Diapers: We actually like them all. LOL My daughter doesn’t seem to have sensitive skin, so we’ve used every brand except Luvs. Target’s brand Up and Up work really well…they’re cheap and have a cute design too.

Bath products: Johnson’s baby shampoo and the Johnson’s Bedtime Bath wash smells sooo good!

I love Target Brand Up and Up! Its my favorite because their diapers don’t leak, their bath products are cheap and everything is just a little less expensive. My son is all the way an Up and Up baby and not to mention his clothes all come from Target, their clearance section is awesome and I love their novelty t-shirts! My son has quiet the collection of their novlety t-shirts.

I prefer pampers nappys and have used them for all 3 of my daughters. I find that they are of a good quality. When it comes to bath products i always use johnsons baby, as they smell lovely and they have a special no tear formula, which is perfect for little ones. They have a head to toe wash in a handy pump bottle, which i really like. Also i find the best cream for nappy rash is sudocrem. I found it worked quickly and it also is good for chapped, dry skin and minor sunburn.

I love Walgreens’ brand diapers. They are awesome! They are almost always on sale, and they have cute animals on them. They are very stretchy on the sides and the back. They also have aloe and vitamin e and stuff in the bottom of the diapers. Plus the Walgreens around here are open 24/7 so if we need more we can get them any time. Sometimes we get register rewards also, and we use those for the diapers.

For soap, we use Johnson and Johnson Cucumber Melon. It smells awesome. I use the same scent in Dove soap.

I’ve never really used baby lotion.

For diaper rash creme I like Burt’s Bees. It smells good and spreads nice, and it really make their butts feel better.

Diapers: BumGeinus cloth, and Shoppers Drugmart/Life Brand diapers
Diaper products: bum wipe and powder from Soapstones.ca (Canadian) as they don’t interfere with the cloth diapers and is softly scented.
Bath products: Soapstones.ca again. Their stuff is natural and doesn’t irritate my son’s skin or dry it out.

We tried Burt’s Bees and it was scented too strongly, same with most big-brand stuff, it’s too stinky and dried out my son’s skin really quick. Plus, I like to buy Canadian made natural products and these have been great. I got some as a baby gift and have been buying it ever since.

I started my daughter on Huggies Little Swaddlers. They have the line that turns blue which helps new mommy’s and daddy’s to know how often to change them. We used those because that is what she had at the hospital and we just continued. Now that my daughter is a little older we are using Target UP & UP brand. The are amazing. They work just as well and a lot cheaper. For example, money is low and you only have $ 20, you could buy a 72 pack of Huggies or a 144 pack of UP & UP.

For bath products, we just use Johnson’s brand everything. They have so many products with so many scents that it really never gets old or anything. However, when my daughter runs out I will start buying the Up & Up brand of bath soap and everything.

The only thing that I will buy name brand is wipes. After using Huggies wipes for so I bought a pack of Up & Up wipes and they are so much thinner and I just love Huggies. Plus, the Huggies brand has one type of wipes that smell like green tea and cucumber. Smells amazing.

1. Pampers Swaddlers diapers
2. Huggies Pure and Natural diapers
3. Huggies baby wipes
4. Desitin Creamy diaper rash cream
5. Vaseline to prevent diaper rash
6. Johnson’s baby powder
7. Johnson’s baby lotion
8. Johnson’s baby wash

I havnt had my baby yet but I work at target and I always see women buying the target brand up&up formula and diapers. These women SWEAR by them because they are half the price and just as good. You can get a 96 pack of diapers for $ 14 and a 6 pack of 25oz formula cans for $ 74. I dont even plan on trying out the other big names, im jumping straight into up&ups.
