I’ve always just used dish soap and sometimes bleach if it got really grimy. As long as you rinse well there should be no problem.

We use Kaboom Foamtastic, and then wash it down, and yes it is safe (:
I personally use an all natural product or a mix a vinegar and water to clean my daughters tub
I imagine dish soap would be safe. I use a solution of distilled white vinegar and water. Or sometimes just a dab of the shampoo I use for baby. I find that if I wipe it dry really well after every bath, it doesn’t need to be “cleaned” very often at all!
If you’d really like to use a natural product, you can make a paste of baking soda and water, and use a cloth or scrub brush to rub it on the tub. All natural, totally non-toxic. But like others have said, anything is safe as long as you rinse really well.
I just rinsed ours with water. If it needed it I might have scrubbed it with baking soda.
I use my Norwex cloth. It’s chemical free and works great.
